2021 Non-profit of the Year!
Mar Vista Family Center is proud to announce it has been selected as a non-profit of the year by Assembly Member Autumn Burk. We feel honored to be recognized after over 43 years of working alongside the community to create a safe place for families. It’s a celebration of all the individuals that have contributed from the staff to the volunteers and the families who’ve all worked together to create a safe environment for everyone to enjoy. We’re grateful to our funders and partners that have been part of our journey throughout the years. We are especially thankful to Assembly Member Burk for cheering us on and being part of our family.
“Champions Live Here”
Mar Vista Family Center has been selected for the Super Bowl LVI Legacy Program – “Champions Live Here”. We are one of the 56 local non-profit organizations recognized for making transformative impact in underserved communities across the Los Angeles region. This award includes a $10,000 grant, a professionally produced video spotlighting our organization, and public recognition of work leading up to the Super Bowl. We are truly honored to be a part of this program!
